Return & Exchange Policy :-

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number in your message.
Parcel opening video is must for any complains.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :-

Once you have placed the order on our website, it is not possible to cancel the order from your side.It is because the nature of the products we offer.Some of our products are made especially on your demand,hence order once placed cannot be cancelled from your side.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged or your bank account has been debited, the said amount will be reversed back in your Credit Card or Bank Account as applicable.It takes approximately 7 to 8 working days to credit the amount into your bank account

We does not accept any returns or exchanges for any orders that have been placed due to the nature of the products we offer. Some of our products are available in a small size to allow customers to try our products without having to purchase a large amount, we recommend small/trial size if you are unsure of your selection. If you refused to accept your parcel at the time of delivery and the parcel comes back to our destination then the shipping charges has to paid by you.Only the amount of the product will be refunded to you.

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.
