1.What is the return policy ?

Ans: We currently does not accept any returns or exchanges for any orders that have been placed due to the nature of the products we offer. All of our products are available in a small size to allow customers to try our products without having to purchase a large amount, we recommend small size if you are unsure of your selection. 3.How can i change my address after placing the order if it is incorrect?

Ans. The address is only changeable under certain scenarios. You have to call to our customer support on +919730005553. All orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 working hours. NOTE- The address can only be changed before dispatch.

Ans. Order ID is the unique order number that gets generated when you place an order on our website.

5.Can I cancel the order from my side?

Ans. Once you have placed the order on our website, it is not possible to cancel the order from your side.It is because the nature of the products we offer.Some of our products are made especially on your demand,hence order once placed cannot be cancelled from your side.Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product.

6.When the order is cancelled from your side how will i get refund?

Ans. If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged or your bank account has been debited, the said amount will be reversed back in your Credit Card or Bank Account as applicable.It takes approximately 7 to 8 working days to credit the amount into your bank account.If you refused to accept your parcel at the time of delivery and the parcel comes back to our destination then the shipping charges has to paid by you.Only the amount of the product will be refunded to you.

7.How many days it takes to deliver my product?

Ans. It usually takes 2 to 8 working days to deliver your product (not including weekends and national holidays). If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with our shipping partner.
